Foundations Law, PLLC, is a Constitutional law firm with an emphasis on the Second Amendment. 

Katherine A. Decker, Esq., is a graduate of Liberty University School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in Virginia, in addition to holding an inactive Texas bar license. Before starting this firm, she served as an Assistant Commonwealth Attorney for the City of Lynchburg. Prior to prosecuting, she was a court-appointed attorney representing criminal defendants, and parents in Department of Social Services cases. Mrs. Decker is also a certified Guardian ad Litem and represents the best interest of children in custody, and abuse and neglect cases.

Mrs. Decker has a passion for protecting and preserving the foundational principles America was founded upon. She seeks to defend those God given rights espoused in the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights.
